At synergee, we offer the most modern equipment, which, if all used correctly, serve as tools to aid you to have a lean, toned body. Our instructors would be more than happy to assist you when working with any given equipment and to learn of their benefits.
Our equipment includes:
- CARDIOMACHINES include treadmills and spin cycles. Our treadmills have the settings of marking out specific programs required by each individual as per their requirement.
- DUMBBELLS ( 1kgs to 5kgs) and BARBELLS with plates (2kgs to 5kgs).These are used for toning up and strengthening your muscles. Muscles of each and every part of your body could be given attention to. A person new to exercise starts off with light weights and then slowly graduates to heavier ones.
- LEG EXTENSION: Knee strengthening /toning up of the hamstrings and quadriceps
- ADDUCTOR AND ABDUCTOR: Toning up of the inner thighs/ outer region of legs
- PEC DECK/REAR DELT: Chest muscles firming / region around the shoulders back and front.
- ABDOMINAL BENCH: Stomach muscles toning (upper and lower abs)
- ASSISTED DIP CHIN: This machine has cushioned support for the knees The hand support has different angles to do different kinds of Exercises. Shoulders / arms triceps and biceps / back muscles / chest / multi purpose equipment.
- MULTIGYM:
1)lat pulley for shoulders and biceps
2) tricep /bicep curl for arms
3) bench press for chest and shoulders
4) rowing for arms and chest.
These four stations can be combined to perform 20+ exercises.
