Dance Classes:
Wed: 6-7 PM
Sat: 4-5 PM
PERSONAL TRAINING will be given to members in the in between hrs, when no batches are being held all at extra charges depending on the requirement of the member.
Aerobics and Yoga:
Aerobics will be a floor workout with a proper warm up + some high / low impact combination of jogging to catchy music + toning up with small weight dumbbells. We will be cooling down with yoga stretches to the strains of light music .
Step + Circuit Training:
Step training will be workout to music on specially designed benches of upto 6” in height. There will be workout on equipments to tone up. We will end the batch with Abs toning and a cool down.
All the workouts will be planned in such a way that an overall body effect will be seen.
All the batches will be done in a group so that there is continuous interaction within the group & no member will feel isolated and there will a feeling of harmony amongst them.
This will be the schedule of our classes. All the batches throughout the day will have the same theme and pattern. Also if a member misses a morning batch then she can attend a later class and will not miss out on anything. This means that all the instructors will be working in coordination.
