Each Farmer Walk Strap can be loaded up with 200lb for a combined, total weight capacity of 400lb. If you can lift more than that in each hand for 200m… we’ll give you a standing ovation! What’s In The Package
Each package contains 2 straps. Each strap is 98.4 inches in length and 1.6 inches in width, has a rubber handle grip, and is equipped with a heavy-duty buckle. The nylon strap feeds through the center of the weight plate and then through the buckle. Be sure to put the Nylon Strap through the Buckle in the proper direction to ensure it stays in place. The Straps arrive with an instruction manual to walk you through the steps.
