In recognition and appreciation of the trust you’re placing with us, we want to demonstrate our trust in you. If our product has not met your expectations, we will work with you until you are satisfied with your Synergee Experience. When ordering from us, you shouldn’t be sweating nervously. When receiving our products and customer service, you shouldn’t be swearing out of frustration. Leave the sweating and swearing for the workouts! We’ve got your back!
Because we want you to be relaxed and confident when buying our products. Whether you are ordering your first or your hundredth piece of Synergee equipment, you’re making an investment in your future health! You are coming to us to fulfill your fitness needs, and we do not take that lightly!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items for an exchange or full refund within 30 days. We even pay return shipping. Customers are responsible for holding onto the original packaging for the return, or obtaining appropriate packaging if the original box was disposed.
Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to already discounted items. Promo codes and discounts cannot be combined.
If you have an item you are unsatisfied with for any reason, it is eligible for a return for up to 30 days after receiving it. It's as simple as that. Exchanges are offered for all items and we provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for holding onto the original packaging for the return, or obtaining appropriate packaging if the original box was disposed. If you're not satisfied by the exchange, we will refund the total cost of your purchase. You will have an additional 30 days from receipt of the Exchanged Item to perform a return. Essentially, the exchanged item comes with a renewed No Sweat Guarantee. Because that's how we roll.
If you need to return your Synergee item, but you no longer have the original shipping container, you can package your Synergee item in equally robust packaging of your making. If you do not have access to any shipping materials, we will send you your new replacement equipment, and you can use the new equipment’s shipping container for your return item. Should you choose this option, we will require a 50% deposit on the second piece of equipment we send you, which will be refunded when we receive your returned piece of equipment.
To start a return, please enter your order number and email at this link: https://iheartsynergee.com/apps/returns. You will be prompted to select which item(s) you want to return and be provided with a prepaid shipping label immediately for them. Please keep your purchase and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a significant discrepancy with an order. Please inspect all packages when they are received. You still have up to 30 days to make an exchange or return.
If you need to cancel an order, you reach us toll free at 1-855-217-7136 or contact by email at customercare@iheartsynergee.com as soon as you can. If the item has not already been shipped out, you can cancel with no penalties and receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can request a prepaid shipping label to return the item for a full refund once they arrive.
Custom orders with your brand's logo and/or custom colors are not covered by the 30 day No Sweat Guarantee. If custom-branded products arrive with defects, then discounts, returns or exchanges may take place. Otherwise, once received custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
All Synergee Equipment is eligible for Warranty. A printed hardcopy of the instructions arrive in the box with your gear. Upon receiving your product, register it to enjoy the Warranty.
There are times when shipping carriers will be unable to deliver a package and/or lose it in transit. To receive a replacement for lost shipments, we encourage you to tell us at 2 weeks past the estimated shipping date if you have not received the shipment. Time is of the essence when it comes to replacing lost shipments: tracking numbers expire after 120 days. If a replacement is sought 120 days or more after the tracking number is assigned, a replacement will not be provided since the tracking number will no longer be available to confirm the order did not arrive to it's destination.
