30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may open a free return within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for holding onto the original packaging for the return, or obtaining appropriate packaging if the original box was disposed. We offer free return labels through our return portal. A 20% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from free return shipping. Return shipping will be calculated at the time of return. We offer labels through our return’s portal. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
20% RESTOCKNG FEE
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to already discounted items. Promo codes and discounts cannot be combined.
If you have an item you are unsatisfied with for any reason, it is eligible for a return for up to 30 days after receiving it. It's as simple as that. Customers are responsible for holding onto the original packaging for the return, or obtaining appropriate packaging if the original box was disposed. If you're not satisfied by the exchange, we will refund the total cost of your purchase. You will have an additional 30 days from receipt of the Exchanged Item to perform a return. Essentially, the exchanged item comes with a renewed No Sweat Guarantee. Because that's how we roll.
RETURNING WITHOUT ORIGINAL SHIPPING CONTAINER
If you need to return your Synergee item, but you no longer have the original shipping container, you can package your Synergee item in equally robust packaging of your making. If you do not have access to any shipping materials, we will send you your new replacement equipment, and you can use the new equipment’s shipping container for your return item.
To start a return, go to our Returns Page to start this quick and painless process. You will be prompted to select which item(s) you want to return and be provided with a prepaid shipping label immediately for them. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please keep your purchase and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
ITEMS RECEIVED "NOT AS DESCRIBED" OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the shipping box, and reach out to us as soon as possible. We will request specific pictures of both your product and of the shipping box. Once we receive this information, we will offer you a few different options.
We try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you can reach us toll free at 1-855-217-7136 or contact us by email at email@example.com as soon as you can. If your order is already going through processing it may be too late to cancel. If it was too late to cancel your order, you can open a return through our return portal. A 20% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund total.
Custom orders with your brand's logo and/or custom colors are not covered by the 30 day No Sweat Guarantee. If custom-branded products arrive with defects, then discounts, returns or exchanges may take place. Otherwise, once received custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
All Synergee Equipment is eligible for Warranty. A printed hardcopy of the instructions arrive in the box with your gear. Upon receiving your product, register it to enjoy the Warranty.
ORDERS 120 DAYS OR OLDER
There are times when shipping carriers will be unable to deliver a package and/or lose it in transit. To receive a replacement for lost shipments, we encourage you to tell us at 2 weeks past the estimated shipping date if you have not received the shipment. Time is of the essence when it comes to replacing lost shipments: tracking numbers expire after 120 days. If a replacement is sought 120 days or more after the tracking number is assigned, a replacement will not be provided since the tracking number will no longer be available to confirm the order did not arrive to it's destination.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Our algorithms constantly compare Synergee's prices to our competitors' prices to make sure that our prices are as low or lower than all relevant competitors. As a result, prices can change by the minute/hour/day. Therefore, we only offer one price match guarantee within 7 days for item(s) that have been purchased. Note: Promotional prices are only valid on purchases made during the promotion period (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday). We do not price match between marketplaces such as Amazon. If you are offered a lower price on a marketplace, we recommend purchasing there.
