COVID Barbell Warranty Conditions

Due to the COVID Pandemic, Synergee barbells are set to be put under extreme cleaning procedures. Due to the unprecedented use of liquid cleaners on our bars’ surfaces, rusting may occur. At this time, we are not offering warranty coverage for rusting on any of our barbells.

We highly encourage you to follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as recommended by your local public health authorities. We also strongly encourage you to:

If your barbell arrives defective or rusted, we will be more than happy to address your concerns. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a replacement. Any inquires after 5 days will NOT be eligible for a replacement.

Non-Synergee Products

Warranties on non-Synergee products (i.e. Concept 2, Bosu, etc.) will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. On a case-by-case basis, we will direct you through the warranty process, or instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly.

Synergee Fitness General Warranty

Synergee stands behind its products: the design, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery process. We strive to make every Synergee athlete satisfied with their purchase and offer a 30 Day No Sweat Guarantee. In the first 30 days of receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will perform a return or refund (on a case-by-case basis). Beyond this 30-day window, the product you ordered from Synergee is covered by one of the following warranties. The warranties begin from the day of purchase.

Synergee Barbell Warranty**

**Regarding Bending

All warranties including Lifetime Warranty only cover against bar bending for the first 30 days after delivery. Furthermore, we do not cover a bar that has bent due to any of the following by the user: negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack; excessive dropping with iron plates, 15 lbs or thinner bumper plates, damaged bumpers, or no plates at all; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and any other careless usage). All concerns regarding a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any issues that are a result of abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues will be denied refund/replacement.

Lifetime Warranty *

Synergee will warranty this product for the lifetime of the product from defects in appearance and performance on account of inapt material, delivery, and workmanship prior to the purchaser receiving the product. This Lifetime Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance: we offer a bar cleaning kit for purchase through our website and regular cleaning is required for barbells to maintain optimal performance. Any damage incurred because of maintenance or lack thereof is not covered by our warranty.

For Specific Period Warranties

Synergee will warranty this product from defects in appearance and performance on account of inapt material, delivery, and workmanship prior to the purchaser receiving the product. This warranty will be recognized for a period of time (as stated above) from the purchase date of the product. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance: we offer a bar cleaning kit for purchase through our website and regular cleaning is required for barbells to maintain optimal performance. Any damage incurred because of maintenance or lack thereof is not covered by our warranty.

For All Warranties

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues the original purchaser has with a Synergee product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranties On Returns & Replacements

Any item that is replaced via Return or Reimbursement will be covered under a transferable warranty. For example, if an item that is purchased and has a 1 year warranty gets replaced in the first 4 months, the replacement item will be covered for the remaining 8 months of the original 1 year warranty. This Transferable Warranty applies to any items that are replaced with a new item directly by Synergee, or indirectly via reimbursement and repurchase of the same item by the customer.
